★ Our Verdict

The Realme C25Y offers a strong battery and a capable main camera for its price, but significant drawbacks like the outdated microUSB port, low-resolution display, and lack of NFC prevent it from being a higher-rated device.

The Realme C25Y is a solid choice for users prioritizing long battery life and basic smartphone functions on a tight budget. Its 50MP main camera performs well in good lighting, making it suitable for casual photography. However, be aware of its limitations, such as the HD+ display, which might not offer the sharpest visuals, and the use of a microUSB port. If NFC for mobile payments or a higher-resolution screen are crucial for you, consider alternatives. This phone is best for undemanding users who need a reliable device for communication, social media, and light media consumption without breaking the bank.
