★ Our Verdict

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was a top-tier flagship at its launch, offering a premium experience, but its age means it lacks modern features and software support, impacting its current usability.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5, while a groundbreaking phone in its time, is now an older model. If you're considering purchasing one, be aware that it no longer receives official software updates, which can pose security risks and limit app compatibility. Its non-removable battery will likely have degraded significantly, so factor in the cost of a replacement if you plan to use it as a daily driver. It could be a good option for a collector, a secondary device for specific tasks, or for those who appreciate its classic design and S Pen functionality without needing the latest features. Ensure any unit you buy is unlocked and in good physical condition, and verify battery health if possible. Given its age, expect to pay a very low price, and consider it more for its historical significance or specific niche uses rather than as a primary smartphone.
