★ Our Verdict

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus offered a solid feature set for its budget price point at the time of its release, particularly its Full HD display and Dolby Atmos sound, but was held back by an older Android version and average camera.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus, released in 2016, is now an outdated smartphone. While it offered a decent Full HD display and Dolby Atmos sound at a budget price during its launch, its Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system is no longer supported, posing security risks and compatibility issues with modern apps. Performance from the Snapdragon 616 chipset and 2GB RAM will be sluggish by today's standards. It lacks modern features like a fingerprint sensor, USB-C, or advanced camera capabilities. This phone is not recommended for daily use in 2024, but might appeal to collectors or those needing a very basic, secondary device for specific legacy applications, provided they understand its limitations and security implications.
