★ Our Verdict

The iPhone 12 Pro Max offers a premium experience with excellent camera, display, and performance, but its age, lack of included accessories, and proprietary port slightly detract from a perfect score in today's market.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max remains a highly capable smartphone, even several years after its release. It's an excellent choice for users seeking a large, vibrant display, a powerful camera system, and robust performance for demanding tasks and gaming. Consider it if you prioritize camera quality and battery life, and are comfortable with Apple's iOS ecosystem. As a slightly older model, you might find it at a more attractive price point compared to newer flagships, offering great value for its still-premium features. Ensure you factor in the cost of a charger if you don't already own a compatible one. It's a solid option for those who want a high-end iPhone experience without the absolute latest generation's price tag.
