★ Our Verdict

The LG Cosmos 3 receives a low rating due to its severely outdated technology, limited functionality, and poor camera performance compared to contemporary devices, even for a feature phone.

The LG Cosmos 3 is a niche device best suited for individuals who require only the most basic communication features: calling and texting. Its physical QWERTY keyboard is a significant advantage for those who prefer tactile buttons over touchscreens for messaging. However, potential buyers must understand that this is a feature phone from 2013, meaning it lacks modern smartphone capabilities like advanced apps, high-speed internet, and a capable camera. It could be a suitable option as a secondary phone, for emergency use, or for users who are resistant to smartphone technology and prioritize simplicity and durability. Do not consider this phone if you need internet access beyond basic WAP pages, good photography, or any form of modern app functionality. Look for refurbished models if available, but be aware of battery degradation due to age.
