★ Our Verdict

The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren offered exceptional performance, a stunning 90Hz display, and rapid charging, but lacked features like wireless charging and an official IP rating that were becoming standard on competing flagships.

The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, while an older model from late 2019, remains a capable device for those seeking a premium Android experience on a budget. Its Snapdragon 855+ processor and 12GB of RAM still deliver smooth performance for most tasks and gaming. The 90Hz Fluid AMOLED display offers a fantastic visual experience, and Warp Charge 30T provides incredibly fast wired charging. However, be aware of the lack of wireless charging, official water resistance, and expandable storage. If 5G connectivity on T-Mobile is a priority and you can find it at a significantly reduced price, it could be a worthwhile purchase, especially if you appreciate the unique McLaren design. Consider its age and potential for fewer future software updates compared to newer models.
