★ Our Verdict

While a groundbreaking device for its time with a stunning display and innovative features, the plastic build, occasional performance issues, and software bloat prevented it from achieving a perfect score.

The Samsung Galaxy S4, though a landmark device in its era, is now an older smartphone. If you're considering purchasing one today, it's primarily for nostalgic reasons, as a collector's item, or for very basic, non-demanding tasks. Expect limited app compatibility due to its older Android version, and battery life may be significantly degraded unless a new battery is installed. Performance will be slow compared to modern phones, and security updates are no longer provided. For everyday use, especially with current apps and web browsing, a newer, budget-friendly smartphone would offer a far superior experience and better security.
