★ Our Verdict

The LG G4 Beat offered a balanced mid-range experience at its time of release, with a good display and camera features, but was held back by limited RAM and internal storage.

The LG G4 Beat, released in 2015, is now an outdated smartphone. While it offered a decent Full HD display and some advanced camera features like Laser Auto Focus and a Manual Mode for its time, its specifications are significantly behind current standards. With only 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, it will struggle with modern apps, multitasking, and storing much content. The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system is no longer supported, posing security risks and compatibility issues with many contemporary applications. It is not recommended for daily use in 2026 due to performance limitations, lack of software updates, and potentially degraded battery life. If you are looking for a budget smartphone, newer entry-level models will offer significantly better performance, software support, and features for a comparable or lower price. Consider this phone only for collection or very basic, non-internet-connected tasks if found at an extremely low price.
