★ Our Verdict

The LG G6 was a well-built flagship with an innovative display and water resistance for its time, but its aging processor and software limit its performance compared to modern smartphones, making it a budget-friendly option for basic use today.

The LG G6, while an older model, can still be a viable option for budget-conscious buyers looking for a durable smartphone with a good display. Its IP68 water and dust resistance and solid build quality make it a resilient choice for everyday use. However, potential buyers should be aware of its dated Snapdragon 821 processor, which may struggle with demanding applications or the latest Android versions beyond Android 9. It's best suited for light to moderate use, media consumption, and those who appreciate its compact design and the inclusion of a headphone jack. Consider its current used market price, typically ranging from $15 to $60, and ensure any purchase comes with a reliable return policy or warranty, as official support is limited.
