★ Our Verdict

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 earns a strong rating for its innovative design, powerful performance, and the highly functional new cover screen, though its battery life and camera capabilities are areas for future refinement.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 is an excellent choice for those seeking a compact, stylish, and powerful foldable smartphone. Its standout feature is the larger Flex Window, which significantly enhances usability when the phone is closed, allowing for quick access to widgets and notifications. If you prioritize portability and a unique form factor, and appreciate flagship-level performance for everyday tasks and gaming, the Z Flip 5 delivers. However, be mindful that while battery life has improved, it might still require a midday top-up for heavy users, and the camera system, while capable, doesn't quite match the versatility of some traditional flagship phones. Consider if the premium price aligns with your desire for a foldable experience and if the camera and battery limitations are acceptable for your usage habits.
